Hello hello! Thanks so much for coming by today. :) Thought it would be fun to start posting some of my scrapbook pages on my blog again.
This layout represents the third time I have created a page about this "Storm day"!!
The first 2 times, I created pages for Lilia's 2 sets of great-grandparents in New Brunswick, who of course, we could not see because of the Covid-19 pandemic. I wanted them to have a peek at what we were up to here in Nova Scotia!
Since this page was to go in Lilia's scrapbook album, I went all-in with the sparkly snowflakes and even added a few Dollarama gems and tiny stars from a pkg of CTMH's silver sequins. I also added some of the sparkling stars to the crystal chain border at the top of the page, but I'm not sure you can see them in this photo. I had so much fun creating this page for Lilia that I made one for us, too. I will be sure to include it below.
Supplies are from both Close To My Heart and Creative Memories. :)
Enjoy!
Journaling reads:
In February,
there was a snowstorm, and daycare was closed. Mum (Kate) still had to work and
so Lilia came to Gran'Mama and Grampie's house for the day. Grampie had carefully
driven to work on the Base and Uncle Daniel was working on his NSCC courses
downstairs. Uncle Bryan and Gran'Mama "joined forces" to make sure it
was a fun day for Lilia. Lilia enjoyed cuddling with MacLean who was home from
school for the day. She watched the ipad with Uncle Noah and played outside in
the snow with Uncle Bryan and the dogs. Using old Christmas cards and a punch, Lilia
even did some crafts. She was so proud of her artwork!

Journaling just below Lilia's printing:
We were all so excited-- and she was SO proud. :)
Gran'Mama just had to snap a photo of her printing!
Thanks so much for coming by my blog to visit. I am going to try to post more regularly.
Have a wonderful day-- and happy scrappin'! :)
