This is a photo of our son Noah, age 10, asleep. He is with his Autism Assistance Dog Guide, Argo- a black Lab. Photo was taken by Daddy. 

A few notes... 
All paper is from the  "Florentine" collection- Close to My Heart 
The Cardstock is "Twilight" and "Bamboo"- CTMH
Ink:  Desert Sand- Close To My Heart
The curved, bead-embellished leaves were fussy-cut from a cotton sundress that had outlived it's "clothing-life" but was still pretty. The Noah's Ark paper was fussy cut to surround the photo and is from my friend Sherry Owens in Utah. TY Sherry!

This week, the sketch over at S: CY is one I drew. Hope you like it... I was thinking of 5x7s when I created this one but it seems to fit well for 2- 4x6's stacked on their sides. Yes, my very linear roots are showing! LOL

Kate, it was so special to be able to give you the gift of a pony; Oakley… and then a horse; Grace. We worked hard to be able to do it. It was worth it, and Daddy and I understood that as we watched you ride, bond, learn, grow, and even represent Nova Scotia TWICE at national CPC competitions. You cared for each of those creatures like precious gems.  You made us proud. Adore you, my sweet horse-loving girl!

Another horse-y layout!

You know, it's funny, I think that of all the types of layouts, I love creating riding layouts best!
Here is the latest one...it's #91  in 2012 for me.
I used lots of older supplies. Can you tell?
I created this one in my head- no Sketch used, this time. Hope you like it!

"Riding Show"
(This was the end of Riding Camp show)

Kate and her mare Grace had a great time riding at the fun show the kids and their coach put on at the end of Camp.
Kate also rode Abe in the camp's "Musical Ride." Yep--- there will be a layout about that, on another day!
